Le sujet stress\u00e9 doit alors s\u2019adapter en passant par trois phases :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">1. R\u00e9action d&rsquo;alarme<\/span><br \/><\/strong>Phase choc (\u00e9tat de surprise) et phase contre-choc (d\u00e9fense de l\u2019organisme contre l\u2019agression) en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la phase choc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">2. Phase de r\u00e9sistance<\/span><br \/><\/strong>Adaptation du sujet \u00e0 l\u2019agent stressant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">3. Phase d\u2019\u00e9puisement<\/span><br \/><\/strong>Le sujet n\u2019est plus capable de s\u2019adapter au stimulus (burnout).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lors de stress, le corps r\u00e9pond par des alt\u00e9rations chimiques et physiques\u00a0: augmentation de la tension art\u00e9rielle, du niveau de sucre dans le sang, du mauvais cholest\u00e9rol (LDL). Le syst\u00e8me immunitaire diminue, l\u2019emp\u00eachant de bien se d\u00e9fendre contre les maladies.<br \/>Le stress a aussi un impact sur la concentration qui diminue et sur l\u2019encha\u00eenement des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives qui s\u2019activent en boucle. Il alt\u00e8re nos capacit\u00e9s, notre confiance et nous pouvons devenir irritables, angoiss\u00e9s, \u00e9puis\u00e9s, repli\u00e9s sur nous-m\u00eames.
